Our egg liqueur was quickly on everyone’s lips and word spread far beyond the country’s borders. Before World War I, my great-grandparents took over the gastronomy at Burg Mylau/Sa, continued to expand the business and guarded the recipe for the next generation. And so it has remained something very special. Til today.
Family with Taste
Our liqueur has a long tradition. An eventful family history that we are very proud of. According to tradition, the first attempts by my great-great-grandfather Max Konstantin Thierfelder took place around 1897. After a number of refinements and tests, production finally started in 1900. It quickly became clear to the people that something very special, very unique had been created here.

Hey, my name is Sebastian Kober the founder of Kobers innovation GmbH & Kober & Company GmbH. My main goal is it to enchant people with my ideas, inspiration and products. I have had the privilege of cooking with the best chefs and spoiled people around the world with my craft. I would now like to share all these experiences with new ideas. I promise, you will love my egg-liqueur.
My Restaurant
I looked for it and found it. In Dresden, between the Frauenkirche and Yenidze with a spacious roof terrace and what I think is the most beautiful view of the city with its wonderful and unique residents.
